The BRANCH Program

Parkside Assisted Living and Memory Care does more than care for your family member’s basic needs. We create an environment where residents can feel supported, connected and engaged in daily life. The BRANCH Memory Care Program (Belonging, Resilience, Acceptance, Nurture, Connection and Hope) provides a framework for meaningful engagement that honors each resident’s strengths, interests and individual abilities. Through personalized activities, shared experiences and supportive routines, BRANCH helps foster connection, purpose and a sense of belonging.

All of our professional staff and Resident Care Partners receive specialized training in Alzheimer’s and dementia-related care, including dementia communication, sensory awareness and strengths-based engagement. Parkside’s Resident Care Partners meet or exceed state-required certification requirements and participate in continuing education.
