Visitation Policy

Keeping our residents and staff safe is our number one priority! Parkside Assisted Living and Memory Care allows visitation 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

While visitation is allowed anytime visitors are expected to be considerate of all our residents and staff. Consensual close physical contact (i.e. hugs) between residents and visitors is encouraged. The number of visitors or length of visit is not restricted providing that space allows. Large parties may reserve the formal dining room or multipurpose room on the first floor with 24hr notice. Reservations can be made at the concierge desk.

Visitors are required to follow the community’s infection control policies and procedures. Education will be provided on an as-needed basis for all visitors. PPE will be provided by the community as requested or in the event PPE is recommended to visitors. Masks and Covid-19 vaccinations are encouraged but not required.

Restrictions related to visitations are as follows:

  • Had a positive COVID test within the last 10 days,
  • Have any symptoms of COVID,
  • Have had a fever in the last 24 hours, or
  • Have any other symptoms of illness.
