We are excited to be able to currently provide two safe ways for family and friends to visit Parkside Assisted Living and Memory Care residents: In Person and Virtual Video Conferencing. Please see below for details and requirements for each visitation option, and then use our convenient booking calendar below to determine options and times available.

In Person Visitations

In cooperation with all state and local health department guidelines, we are pleased to be able to now allow in-person visitations with residents for essential caregivers. To ensure the safety of our residents, we will require that all visits present evidence of a negative Covid-19 test, taken within 14 days of the scheduled visit. Visits will be limited to one person, and will be offered Monday through Saturday in 30 minute increments.

Please see complete visitation information and requirements HERE.

We also offer the option of Outdoor and Window Visitations.  Please note, if there are any active COVID-19 cases in the building we will need to cancel visits and such cancellation may be with limited or no notice.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The following requirements apply to Outdoor Visits and Window Visits:

  • The visitor and resident must practice hand hygiene before and after the visit; and

  • The resident and visitor must wear a face mask or face covering over both the mouth and nose throughout the visit.

  • A COVID test is not required.

Please note which type of visit you are interested in on the signup form. Once a visitation is scheduled below, a confirmation email containing will be sent with additional details.

Friends and family members can now visit residents conveniently through video conferencing, via Zoom. Zoom Conferencing allows for audio and video connections, with individual or multiple participants.
